2012 signs off leaving behind smiles on two faces

The final week of 2012 bought smiles on the face of two people, located in different parts of the world, with huge jackpot wins.

The first jackpot win came to a senior, who lives in Bay Area. He received one of the nicest Christmas gifts there could have ever been, as he swept away a huge jackpot. According to the news, the SuperLotto Plus Jackpot amount, which he won, was valued USD 23 million.

Robert Imbellino, who is retired now, purchased the SuperLotto Ticket some days back prior to Christmas. He had no idea of the winning. He learnt about this wonderful news only after one of his closed ones told him to check the ticket after Christmas. And when he found that he was the winner of such a huge amount, he was over the top.

Another winner came from Philippines, where a Typhoon Survivor had a complete change in fortune, as she came out with a Charity Sweepstakes win.

It is believed that the amount is in the region of over 2 million (in their local currency). Previous to the win, evacuation center was the home for the winner and her family. However, it is believed that she has planned to buy a home with the prize money.
