Fertitta: Isle Casino acquisition to help bring rejuvenation in Biloxi

Last weel, Tilman J Fertita, who is the chairman, CEO and the sole owner of the Landry’s Inc., made an announcement. The owner of the parent company of Atlantic City, Laughlin and Golden Nugget Las Vegas Casino said that Fertitta Entertainment has completed the takeover of Isle Casino, which is located in Biloxi.

Fertitta, while speaking to the press, said, “We have been looking forward to make it a point that the footprint of Golden Nugget Casino reaches Biloxi. And it has been in our plans for a long time. Now, with the acquisition of Isle Casino, we feel pretty much excited.”

He continued saying, “The fact that it is going to bring a major change in our property is a big deal for the company, especially our expansion in the South.”

According to him, there is going to be a change in Biloxi similar to what his company has done to other places, following the acquisition.

Fertitta said, “The transformation in Golden Nugget is sure to bring a rejuvenation in Biloxi, similar to what we have bought about in Atlantic City’s Marina District and the Downtown Las Vegas.”
