Sportech PLC was very happy while making the announcement that the firm acquired eBet Online Inc.

eBet is amongst the leading online B2B (business to business) betting operator functioning in horse race betting market in US. The firm has processed over USD 100 millions in bets through the wagering system by June 30, 2012.

It is believed that the overall amount for the acquisition, which also depends on how the company performs in the future, is going to be close to USD 12.6-million.
