Different lobby groups across US have been aiming towards getting the nod for some sorts of online gaming legislation from the Federal officials. The legislation is going to allow internet gambling to be legal in the country.

Kentucky Gov. Beshear looking to have a modification to the casino ammendment

With a number of states across US looking to have the casino legislation implemented there, Kentucky is not left behind. However, there are news agencies, which believe that there might be something different about the approach that will be taken by the Kentucky State.

It is believed that Steve Beshear, who is the Governor of the state, might be looking for an amendment, which will be without any specific guarantees on the racing industry.

NJ Senators write to Governor that Delay in I-Gaming Bill will not help the state

A number of Democrats alongside Stephen Sweeney, the President of the New Jersey Senate, were urging Christie, Governor of the State, for signing the legislation, which would have legalized online gambling at dozen casinos located across Atlantic City by New Year’s Day. NJ Senate passes S1565 bill: More hope for online casinos in the garden state

With the bill S1565 passed, New Jersey State has been able to overcome yet another hurdle, which they had in the race for legalizing of online betting in the state. The most recent vote at the NJ Senate had the bill passed by large majority.

33 voted for the bill, whereas only 3 showed discontent against the restart of internet gambling in the state. Now, the vote awaits approval from Chris Christie, Governor of the garden state. He has been, for long, voicing his concerns against the constitutionality of this proposal.

NJ Assembly gives the approval for online casino bill
