GTech, which is a subsidiary of Lottomatica, has been caught rigging couple of internet casino games: Hi/Lo Gambler and Reel Deal.
Base code of these games was created by Realistic Games. However, GTech recoded them. After recoding, the games were distributed to numerous reputed casinos online, which include the likes of NordicBet and Betfred. Similar versions of these games were distributed by another company for other internet casino platforms.
Owner of online gambling giants to buy Atlantic Club Casino Hotel

It is believed that Atlantic Club Casino Hotel might get purchased by the parent firm of online gambling giants, Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars. If the deal comes out as agreed by the parent firm, it will help in reviving one of the weakest casinos in Atlantic City.
Rational Group, which is based on the Isle of Man, has filed the papers with the Gaming Enforcement Division of New Jersey. They are seeking the regulatory approval for making the purchase of the casino from their current owners, Resorts International Holdings.

US gambling lobby groups putting pressure on states for online legislation

Different lobby groups across US have been aiming towards getting the nod for some sorts of online gaming legislation from the Federal officials. The legislation is going to allow internet gambling to be legal in the country.
For the past couple of years, a lot of time and money has been invested for convincing the elected senators. These lobbying groups have come up with proposals for the senators to explain how it would be possible for letting internet gambling to function in US with responsibility and control.

With a number of states across US looking to have the casino legislation implemented there, Kentucky is not left behind. However, there are news agencies, which believe that there might be something different about the approach that will be taken by the Kentucky State.
It is believed that Steve Beshear, who is the Governor of the state, might be looking for an amendment, which will be without any specific guarantees on the racing industry.
